Digital Permission Silps

This tool will allow leaders and particpants of activities to create, fill and save activity plans and permission slips for youth activities with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This tool uses your supplied information to electronically fill-out and save a copy of the documents the church provides. It will send a PDF to the participant and leader, and allow leaders to manage participant lists, generate rosters, and download all event documents in a zip package.
